Work from Home Customer Service for KidZui

KidZui, a new browser and online service for kids ages 3 to 12, is seeking a part-time customer service rep to either work from home or at the KidZui office.  Responsibilities would include creating and maintaining data sheets and providing customer support via email, live chat, and phone.

Customer service experience is required.  A background in technology/software is a plus.  You must have strong written communication skills and a professional and friendly manner.

This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.  This job requires someone capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.  Finally, you must be available 2 to 3 days per week from either 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Pay is $10 per hour.  If interested in this position, email your resume to: job-951226044@craigslist.org.  Good luck!
